• Identification and contact data: name, email, and phone (when applicable).
• Data of companions (name and email, if applicable) that you provide when purchasing tickets.
• Information about your purchases, reservations, and event attendance.
• Browsing data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Your card or payment method data is processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and is not stored by Parker & Lenox.

• Process, confirm, and deliver ticket purchases and reservations.
• Send tickets, confirmations, and communications related to your purchase or event.
• Manage access and seat assignment at the event.
• Provide customer support, clarifications, refunds, and billing.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Additionally, unless you object, we will use your data to:

• Send promotions, newsletters, event invitations, and marketing communications.
• Conduct surveys, statistics, and market studies.
• Build profiles and segments for advertising purposes.
• Create audiences and advertising/remarketing campaigns on third-party platforms such as Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, including hashed matching of your email for these platforms.

If you don't want your personal data used for these secondary purposes, you can express it by emailing hello@parkerandlenox.com. Your refusal will not be grounds to deny you the services you request.

Your personal data may be shared with:

• Providers offering services required for our operations: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and technology hosting.
• Advertising platforms (Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google) for marketing purposes, when you have consented to the secondary purposes.

Transfers necessary to fulfill the legal relationship with you do not require your consent, per article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Transfers for advertising purposes are only made with your consent.

Our website uses cookies, web beacons, and pixels (including the Meta pixel and Google tools) that collect data about your browsing — such as pages visited, interactions, and device type — for analytics and advertising purposes.
