+Lenox opens Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00; Parker opens at 21:00. Both close late depending on the event. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

+Do I need a reservation to get in?
+Lenox doesn't require a ticket or reservation — entry is first-come, first-served, subject to availability. For Parker (the concerts) you do need to buy a ticket online. Only Cool Cat Club members have early reservation access.

Lenox is the entry listening bar — relaxed and open to the public. Parker is the inner club where live concerts and special experiences happen.
Is there live music every night?+
Yes, Tuesday to Saturday. Check our lineup for who's playing each night.
Where are you located?+
General Prim 100, corner with Milán 14, Colonia Juárez, Mexico City. One block from Reforma.
Do you have parking or valet?+
We don't have our own parking, but there are metered spots and paid lots within two blocks.
How do I get tickets?+
Online from this site, or at the club box office subject to availability.
Do you accept large groups?+
Yes. We recommend buying tickets in advance and letting us know so we can set aside a table. For private experiences, contact us directly.
What if I arrive without tickets and it's full?+
At Lenox we'll add you to a waitlist. For Parker, you can check online if tickets are still available.
Is there an entrance fee for the concerts?+
Depends on the event. Some have an entrance fee, others like the Tuesday Jams are free. Check the lineup.
And at Lenox?+
No reservations or entrance fee. Seating is first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
How do Saturday double shows work?+
Some Saturdays we run two shows of the same artist (19:30 and 22:30). The first is 60 min, the second is 90. First set tickets: entry from 19:00, exit 30 min after the show. Second set tickets: entry at 22:00, stay until closing.
What does the entrance fee include?+
Access to the club and the live show. Food and drinks inside are paid separately.
Can I stay after the show?+
Of course. Parker stays open and the night continues with great music and atmosphere.
