Ticket purchase

• With your ticket you secure entry and a seat. Tables are assigned based on arrival order and party size. Entry to the show area begins at 21:00, except Saturdays (19:00 and 22:00 depending on the set).
• Arrival window for paid ticket holders is 18:00 to 21:30. Seats of those who don't arrive by 21:30 may be reassigned to other guests already at the venue.
• If you can't make the event, you can reschedule for another date within the next 30 days, as long as you cancel before 22:00 the day of the event via WhatsApp +52 55 2183 5107 or email rsvp@parkerandlenox.com.
• Saturdays feature two sets. First set ticket holders can enter Parker from 19:00 and exit 30 min after the show. Second set ticket holders enter at 22:00 and can stay until closing.
• If you're a Cool Cat Club member, apply your coupon before completing your ticket or product purchase.
